Qualitative and Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing

Did you know we can assist you with the requirements of the OSHA Standard 1910.134 for Respiratory Protection?

Guidelines:

• Available at our facility by appointment only or at the customer location - Must be clean shaven - Moustache only
• Must have respirator medical evaluation clearance before a fit test can be administered. This is usually a one-time event.
• Employee respirator fit test is required annually or if the respirator style or size changes.

Prices:

• Qualitative - $15.00 per mask
• Quantitative - $50.00 per mask
• Onsite - Additional $70.00 per hour technician fee - minimum 2 hours
• Online Respirator Medical Evaluation Clearance in English or Spanish 24/7 access - $35.00 per employee - Must be setup by Daystar
• Respirator Fit Test Employee Information 24/7 access - $2.50 per employee - Must be setup by Daystar
